An organisation’s success lies in its people.
It’s as simple as that.
I’m dedicated to helping organisations thrive by working with people at all levels to improve their performance in a range of areas.
I work as a personal coach, group trainer and speaker, with particular focus on:
• Achieving success
• Overcoming fear in public speaking
• Being super-confident
• Developing creativity
• Defining career direction
I’ve got 20 years of experience working in, and with a range of national and global organisations. These have spanned the finance, media, and energy industries, in both the public and private sectors. This has given me valuable insight into the challenges that organisations, and their people can face, and exciting new ideas on how to help them become more successful.
Seminars
My ‘Another Perspective’ seminar series looks at common workplace issues such as fear of public speaking, creativity and confidence from a fresh perspective, provoking thought and inspiring action for change.
Workshops
I offer a range of workshops in which I work on an in-depth basis with small and medium-sized groups, to help people improve their performance in certain areas, including public speaking, confidence and creativity. I also run workshops targeted at leaders, on inspiring success and creative thinking.
Coaching
I coach people on a one-to-one basis to help them improve specific performance areas of their choice, such as confidence, public speaking, making the next career move and working better with others.
“Natasha is fantastically warm and energetic and her seminar resonated with me on many levels. I’ll definitely use the ideas on how I can be more successful in my work”.
Helen Bakir, Senior Legal Manager, Bouygues UK
“I have no hesitation in recommending Natasha’s course on overcoming fear in public speaking. It is a really engaging and interactive session. It helped me unpick and understand the challenges of public speaking and provided me with a range of tools and techniques to take away and use”.
